Whether you're a single family, two families, or a large group, Agrestic was created to feel like your home—because it was designed as ours. After years of disappointing stays in Yarrawonga, we finally decided to build the perfect holiday home ourselves. Now professionally managed by Alexandra on behalf of both families, Agrestic offers everything we ever wanted in a getaway—and we’re thrilled to share it with you.

We secured a spacious acre near the river’s entrance and set out to create a home that offered both privacy and plenty of space to come together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, based on everything we wished other accommodations had provided.

We added the luxuries we craved but rarely found:

• Ducted air conditioning in every room

• A fully shaded swimming pool

• Unlimited hot water

• Five spacious bedrooms (no bunks!)

• Extremely fast Wi-Fi and Netflix

• A large outdoor entertaining area with a plasma TV—perfect for sunset drinks by the pool

• A top-quality BBQ (no gas bottles to worry about!)

• A basketball hoop and lush green lawns for the kids

• A huge circular driveway and an undercover carport—ideal for multiple cars and boat parking
